DRACOON, an expert in enterprise file sharing and market leader in German-speaking countries, is cooperating with ConSol, a specialist for consulting, development, integration and operation of complex IT systems.

As digitalization progresses, linking various systems is becoming increasingly essential. A topic with which the Regensburg software manufacturer DRACOON deals intensively time and again, especially when planning projects with new customers. With its universal API, the enterprise file sharing solution DRACOON offers a wide range of applications from data exchange and workflow integration to secure e-mail communication and the complete modernization of file services. Thanks to client-side encryption, DRACOON customers benefit from the highest encryption standard. This means that no one but authorized users have access to the company data – not even the provider themself. DRACOON is certified as a professional solution by ULD, the Independent National Centre for Data Protection, and EuroPriSe. As software produced in Germany, the filesharing solution is subject to strict German data protection laws and offers maximum data security for companies of all sizes and industries. DRACOON is now working closely with ConSol to make the integration of the data exchange platform even faster and more efficient for customers.

The Munich-based company’s portfolio ranges from technical and business consulting through software development and IT transformation to IT service & application management. It also has special know-how, including in open source monitoring and web technologies. In addition, the company develops and sells ConSol CM, a low-code platform for the individual implementation of processes and requirements in software. It ensures rapid implementation of innovations for technical and internal processes. The open source solution “Citrus”, on the other hand, fully automatically tests the integration and interface conformity to other applications and thus ensures the stability of the overall system.

Marc Schieder, CIO of DRACOONMarc Schieder, CIO of DRACOON, welcomes the cooperation with ConSol: “Thanks to an individual software development by ConSol we are succeeding in making the API of DRACOON even more effective in the connection. ConSol will support us in the future as a reliable partner in the field of test automation. This enables us to sustainably shorten the project duration up to the integration at the customer’s site.”

Bernd Wiserner, Managing Director of ConSolBernd Wiserner, Managing Director of ConSol, adds: “We are delighted that in DRACOON we have found a partner whose portfolio perfectly complements our offering. Together we will succeed in automating a wide variety of processes and workflows from which our customers will benefit.”
